[New Magic Item] Licentious Torch

The Licentious Torch is a clerical Rod of bejeweled and laminated rowan wood traced in brass. Normally functions as a Mace +1. It will alight, as a torch, upon command. It then strikes as a Flaming Mace +1 for a total of 1d6 + 1 + STR  modifier damage which is considered both fire damage and bludgeoning damage. This torch does not burn out and may be used for up to six hours per day.

Against Lawful targets, the wielder may draw a blade from the rod as from a scabbard. This blade is a Dagger +2 of Chaos. It inflicts 1d4 + 2 plus STR mod damage, plus an additional 1d4 Chaotic damage for a total of 2d4 + 2 + STR damage. Additionally, against Lawful creatures from other planes of existence, a successful hit banishes that entity 50% of the time. The scabbard may still be used as a torch while the blade is drawn.

In addition to its damage output, this is one of the few ways any old-school Cleric can wield a weapon with an edge. It's appropriate for an agent of Chaos to be able to do so in this instance.
